OVERVIEW
Hirohito Nakada is a co-founder and partner of Shibata, Suzuki & Nakada. Before founding the firm, he worked at the Tokyo law firm of Nagashima, Ohno & Tsunematsu from 2001 to 2014. His practice covers general corporate matters, with a particular focus on intellectual property matters. He specializes in licensing and other intellectual property transactions and contracts, patent infringement litigation, copyright infringement litigation, trademark prosecution, and legal consultation relating to intellectual property. His licensing experience includes patent, know-how, copyright, trademark, software, gaming, pharmaceutical, merchandising, and franchise licensing. He also has extensive experience with intellectual property issues that arise in connection with M&A transactions.
